Arecastrum Romanzoffianum

Luminous green pinnate leaves up to 6 metres long with a feathery appearance. Also known as the ‘Cocos Plumosos’. Its smooth trunk can reach up to 15 metres in height. It is a monoecious species.

It adapts well to different types of soil, but thrives in soils rich in organic matter. In the summer months, it appreciates frequent watering. It performs well in full sun, though it can tolerate shade. In groups, in lines along avenues, or in isolation, it provides character and elegance.
